POLICE investigations are continuing into an assault and robbery by two teenagers at a service station in Werribee last week.
The teenagers entered the service station at the intersection of Morris and Reserve Rds at about 1.50 am on Monday, May 8, and used the ATM machine.
One walked behind the service station counter and threw a beer bottle at the attendant.
The attendant produced a wooden stick from behind the counter and a short struggle occurred.
The teenagers managed to steal cigarettes and a cash drawer, then ran off down Morris Rd.
A police dog unit located the cash drawer a short time later in Macedon St.
Police said the first teenager is approximately 16 to 18 years, Caucasian, and was wearing a cream-coloured beanie, dark t-shirt and blue jeans.
The second is described as also being 16 to 18 years, Caucasian, with short black hair and wearing a white t-shirt and dark-coloured jeans.
