WERRIBEE Giants lost the Division Two baseball grand final on Sunday suffering a 2-1 series defeat at the hands of Fitzroy.
The Giants went down in the grand final opener 7-2 against the Lions but levelled the series on Saturday with a 4-0 victory.
The match went in to the decider on Sunday at Melbourne Baseball Park and it was the Lions who got up 8-1.
