School’s song shuffle
STELLA Maris Catholic Primary School will hold a Song Shuffle night on Saturday 27 August. A “Song Shuffle” works by allocating each ticket a song to listen out for on the night. All songs are played randomly via iPod shuffle throughout the night. The person with the last song played wins the competition and the cash prize. Movement to music STEPPING Out Performing Arts and Access for All Abilities are inviting people with moderate to severe disabilities to improve their fitness and express their love of dance in a friendly and welcoming environment. Probus membership
WERRIBEE Probus Club requires new male members. If you are retired or semi retired with time on your hands, join the Werribee Probus club and help fill that void. Probus organises weekday bowls including a grand gala day, special days lunches, wine tastings theatre nights, day tours, short term camping trips, obtains professional guest speakers for their monthly meetings on the fourth Monday of each month. Tracing descendants
SEEKING descendants/friends of residents who from 1910 lived on the former Werribee Police Paddock; bound by the Werribee River, Synnot St, Greaves St South and Riverside Ave. The Werribee District Historical Society is mounting an exhibition celebrating the history of the Police Paddock and its later subdivisions and is searching for photographs/documents of interest which may be included in the exhibition.
