CHRISTMAS is traditionally one of the most stressful times of the year so indulge in a little break away from the holidays that your mind and body will thank you for.
Western Wellness in Point Cook is the creation of Stuart and Danielle Harrison.
The wellness instructors said due to an overwhelming demand in meditation they will help clients tackle additional stress by conducting their daily schedule of classes over the holiday period.
“(This will allow) customers to take a break from the responsibilities and busy-ness of Christmas,” Mr Harrison said.
“We will also offer two yoga/meditation intensives during the break as customers need us more than ever during this busy time.”
Western Wellness started as point yoga and wellbeing working from local community centres before opening their business three years ago.
Today they offer yoga for all levels, pre natal yoga, meditation, life and business coaching and spiritual development services.
“Yoga and meditation naturally bring our bodies to balance,” Mr Harrison said.
Mr Harrison said as teachers they have a purpose to transform client’s lives through yoga, meditation and life coaching.
“As instructors we support our customer helping them to work with and not against their bodies.”
“More and more people realise that meditation and yoga is an easy way to relax and improve mental and physical strength.”
“Also most customers tend to over indulge during the festive season and like to continue to build strength and muscle tone through yoga.”
Mr Harrison said Western Wellness facilitate personal transformation for customers where they experience a total mind and body experience.
“Unlike a gym experience our customers are not a number they are a member of our community.”
“Our space is modern, clean and fresh and is fitted out as a day spa. This approach means customers relax as soon as they enter so that they can focus on transform their body, mind and life.”
