School damaged

A GROUP of brazen criminals broke into a Point Cook School last week and caused extensive damage.
Carranballac P-9 College in Point Cook became a crime scene after an unknown number of people broke into the school on either 13 or 14 September.
A Victoria Police spokesperson said they were investigating the criminal damage.
“Police believe unknown offenders broke into the Dunning Rd school on Friday or Saturday night and smashed bottles and spray painted around the school,” the spokesperson said.
Reports of the school’s pet chickens being killed or stolen were refuted by the spokesperson.
“The offender’s also broke a fence to the school’s chicken pen. No dead chickens were found at the school.”
