WHILE Wyndham residents were trying everything they could to keep cool last week, one little girl was only thinking of one of her pets. Four-year-old Lorna was one of many people that took to Werribee South beach in a bid to beat the heat last Thursday when the mercury reached 44 degrees. But Lorna had a special friend with her, Daisy the rabbit, who she dipped in the water.
