HASTINGS Choristers are presenting an afternoon of magic moments with Mendelssohn and others at the Baptist Church in Port Macquarie on Sunday at 2pm.
Enjoy a pleasant afternoon of rejuvenating music presented by a much-loved local choir led by visiting musical director Professor Bill Hawkey, a retired Director of Music at the Australian National University in Canberra.
Never before has a program included an item on the beautiful organ of the Baptist Church. Being an accomplished organist and organ teacher, Professor Hawkey will include an item in the program.
Delightful music, rarely performed locally, will be the highlight of the afternoon.
