It’s a bird, it’s a plane, no it’s a spa in the sky!

It’s not very often that you see a high flying spa bath, but last week was an exception.
Port Macquarie’s family owned and operated Cascade Pool and Spas – Sapphire Spas secured a lucrative contract to install three spas on the rooftop of Ki-ea Apartments in William St last week.
With a crew on hand to man traffic and install the spas, a Mid Coast Crane was used to lift an eight person and two six-seater luxury spas onto the roof.
Company spokesman Luke Treasure said the craning process took 2.5 hours and full installation was then completed on the
rooftop site.
He said it was a great achievement by the company to secure this type of contract that was largely dominated by city-based firms.
But he said his company’s competitive pricing, faith in the Australian-owned brand and professionalism saw them get over the line.
