A real dream catcher

What happens when two of Australia’s most promising progressive metal bands, famous for intertwining a profound sense of melody with a dissonant attack influenced by early punk and modern hardcore, get together?
In the case of The Bride and In Hearts Wake, a “Split” EP.
Having toured the Split EP together in late 2010, Byron Bay’s ‘In Hearts Wake’ hit the road again throughout February
and March to further promote their half of the EP! Finally taking their live show to the
West Coast of Australia, In Hearts Wake will be sharing the stage with some of Australia’sfinest.
“We have seen split EPs work well in the past for some of Austrailia’s best artists so we thought, why not, plus it was a great way to come out with our new vocalist and sound gearing up for our album,” says
The Brides’ guitarist Matt Gravolin. Presented by Collateral
Manage and Afends, the Dream-catcher Tour has 13 huge stops from Perth to Brisbane, including Port Macquarie on March 25. You can see them at Switch Sk8 Park, 53 Hastings River Drive, Port Macquarie.
