If you love to sing and you’d love to be in a choir conducted by Jonathon Welch AM (founder of the Choir of Hard Knocks) the Camden Haven Music Festival wants to hear from you.
The Festival will be running workshops from Wednesday to Saturday May 11-14, with Jonathon and Kavisha Mazzella, leading up to the Sing UP! Festival concert on Saturday, May 14.
All workshops will be in North Haven and Laurieton.
You don’t have to be in a choir — Jonathon and Kavisha have taught hundreds of people without any choir experience to sing as a group, ensuring they have loads of fun and gain confidence at the same time.
Kavisha’s two half-day workshops cost $10 each, Jonathon’s two workshops are $15 per day.
For more information and to register your interest, call Alvena Ferguson on 6559 6874 or visit www.chmf.org.au.
These choir workshops and the Sing Up! concert are a Positive Ageing Project supported by Dept of Disability, Ageing and Home Care and sponsored by the ANZ Bank.
