The 50th Australian Style and Accuracy Parachuting National Championships were held at Port Macquarie’s Westport Park over June 18-20.
Over 30 sport parachutists from around Australia and New Zealand competed in a number of events, including precision accuracy, sport accuracy and style, in both Open and Masters categories.
Blue skies and favourable wind conditions contributed to a very successful competition, with all events completed over the three days.
Event results were:
Individual Precision Accuracy Open and Masters – 1st place Tibor Glesk; 2nd place Andy Pike; 3rd place David Boulter
Individual Sport Accuracy Open – 1st place Ian Robertson; 2nd place Lisa Perdichizzi; 3rd place Luke Oliver
Individual Sport Accuracy Masters – 1st place Ian Robertson; 2nd place Joe Dorkota; 3rd place Andy Pike
Individual Style – 1st place Tibor Glesk; 2nd place Janine Hayes; 3rd place Mike Dyer.
Medals were also awarded for Team Precision Accuracy and Team Sport Accuracy.
