Young people with creative flair, something to sell or sing about are invited to participate in the Fresh Art Youth Market Day this month.
The market day will be held at the Hay Street forecourt on Saturday, September 24 between 10am and 4pm and will feature a diverse array of youth-manned stalls selling wares including henna tattoos to artwork, photography, handmade jewellery, delectable treats and recycled clothing.
Local youth bands will provide entertainment on the day, while visitors can participate in a number of free workshops such as printmaking and
collaborative painting.
Music, art and innovation are the key themes of this year’s Fresh Art Youth Market Day which is hosted by Port Macquarie-Hastings Council.
