More than 1500 people passed through the gates at the Port Macquarie Home Show on the weekend at the Port Macquarie Indoor Stadium.
Although numbers were down, organisers said exhibitors and visitors alike were impressed with the event.
SeaShell awnings specialist and local distributor Glenn Dunn said despite a smaller crowd he had handed out three quotes in the first hour of the event.
He said he had six quotes over the weekend which was the best response he had had in a while.
