Prep push at tourism awards workshop

A free workshop is being held in Port Macquarie today, June 14 to assist operators prepare and write their 2012 Tourism Awards Submissions.
It is an indepthTourism Industry Council workshop that National and State Judge, Karina Groth goes through to ensure entrants have all the information necessary to compile an award winning submission,” said Tourism Award Coordinator, Ms Belinda Novicky.
“The feedback from the other workshop has been excellent and I recommend Port Macquarie operators with their sights on a Tourism Award in 2012 should not miss this free opportunity.”

“It all starts at a regional level and nominations are now open for the 2012 Countrylink North Coast Tourism Awards, the first step in competing toward national glory,” said Ms Novicky.
“This is the third year tourism operators from across the Mid North Coast and Northern Rivers will come together for the North Coast Tourism Awards — a robust competition which has been well supported.”
“All nominations and entries continue to be submitted on line with Nominations closing on June 19 and all Submissions due by July 24,” said Ms Novicky.
