Sharing the secret to living

Celebrity Kristine Matheson was diagnosed with a stage four terminal melanoma in 2005, and she refused conventional therapy.
She gathered all the information available on natural health and nutrition, and then designed her own path to wellness.
Her victory has become an inspiration to thousands of cancer sufferers around the world through her enthusiastic public seminars and her motivating book.
She will share her story in Port Macquarie on July 14.
Kristine was awarded the 2011 International Women’s Day ‘Outstanding Inspirational Role Model Award’ and has been nominated for the ‘Who’s Who of Australian Women 2012’.
She also caught the eye of Olivia Newton-John and, in doing so, was a major contributor to Olivia’s cookbook ‘Livwise’.
She has also recently authored a new book Raw is More based totally on raw food.
This book will be available in stores later on in the year.
Kristine is married to Wayne Matheson, also a cancer survivor. It is obvious to those that meet them that they ‘walk their talk’ and no one would guess they are in their 60s.
Wayne is a certified rehabilitation exercise and meditation professional.
On July 14, this dynamic couple will be visiting Port Macquarie where the community will be invited to learn Kristine’s protocols for healthy living and easy to prepare raw recipes on a budget that will allow you to have your cake and eat it too — raw cake that is — just melts in your mouth and does not weigh you down.
Wayne will show you how to implement safe, at home, keep fit protocols and healing meditations.
They will be on stage at the Quality Resort Sails from 9am — 1pm.
