I was also in attendance at the RAN Meeting of July 14 with the purpose to make my decision on who I thought would make a good team member of our forthcoming councillors. I noted the theme of the prospectives was that the campaign should be a clean one.
Already the dirt has begun to fly. Firstly by the Port News against Lisa Intemann, and I’m wondering who they are aligned with. The second instance is unfortunately a letter in the Independent by a prospective candidate for mayor and councillor who has dropped his lolly in the dirt. If this man is so unable to stand the competition now I think he would not be a good team member.
