Life on the line

The community has been screaming out for good candidates to represent them on council. Well, now you have a candidate with no political party affiliations and the right background, experience and leadership skills who can to lead our council in a direction that ensures our community has a safer and more prosperous future, with better services and facilities for all residents within the Hastings.
Mayoral and councilor candidate, Mr Keith Wil-kinson, has strong leadership skills and an extensive background and experience within the Private Sector, Federal, State and across Local Governments. This includes Strategic Planning, Community Development, Business and Financial Analysis and Marketing and Public Affairs.
These skills are in many areas that affect our council; Tourism, Sport and Recreation, Education and Training, Defence, Energy, Veterans’ Affairs and Special Events arenas. He has also worked within the areas of Youth, Aged and Disabled.
Mr. Keith Wilkinson has the strong leadership skills and the Financial and Strategic Planning and com-munication skills to:
Firstly, be a voice on council for the community.
Secondly, fix up our roads, service and facilities across all of the Hastings and
Thirdly, apply strong fiscal management to stop the gross wastage and properly assess the sustainable economic viability of business projects that can develop our region into a thriving economy that attracts business and industry that generates jobs.
Anyone who is willing to put their life on the line for their country has my vote. We wouldn’t be having our democratic elections today if it wasn’t for people like Mr Keith Wilkinson who are willing to put on a uniform and fight for our freedom and democratic rights.
The best thing we can do to ensure a better future for the Hastings is to vote for Mr Keith Wilkinson, because we don’t want more of the same that we got from the ‘Yes Team’ and our council under administration.
The community has one chance to get it right on September 8, because after that, you can not complain about the council you voted for.
