Take note of facts

I am amazed that Wendell Evans, the Colgate Professor of Dentistry at the University of Sydney, is once again reminding Port Macquarie residents (via the Port Macquarie Independent’s website) that they are fortunate to be fluoridated.
Surely he cannot believe the nonsense he has posted.
If water fluoridation is “entirely safe and cost effective”, as  Evans claims with monumental confidence, he needs to inform himself about the cancer-fluoride linkage which scientists Drs Dean Burk and John Yiamouyiannis discovered when they analysed cancer death rate statistics for twenty American cities, only half of which were fluoridated over the period 1944 to 1970. Their alarming finding held up under scrutiny in a US Congressional inquiry and also in the District Court of Texas in 1978. In the latter, the presiding Judge decreed that there was a significant increase in cancer mortality in the fluoridated cities.
A comparable follow-up study for the city of Birmingham in the U.K. confirmed a strong cancer-fluoride linkage.
In spite of this overwhelming evidence, US, British and Australian governments refuse to abandon the ghastly water fluoridation policy which increases cancer mortality and is ineffective in reducing decay.
Please take the time to research these scary facts for yourself. You owe it to your family.
