This Saturday’s council election is one of the most important ever held in this area. After four years under administration we need the very best team available to lead the way in the future.
It is essential we make our selection from the list of candidates below the line, rather than take the easy way out by voting for a team.
The last two councils before administration were run by teams, with disastrous results.
Most important of all we need Lisa Intemann as mayor.
Lisa is the only mayoral candidate with the experience necessary to lead a team of newcomers. She knows how council operates and she knows the staff and their relationship to councillors.
Lisa has shown she listens to the community. She is intelligent and she has commonsense.
Vote 1 for Lisa as mayor and we will be off to a good start.
