Pub breaches lead to fines

On February 11 the former Licensee of the Railway Hotel at West Kempsey, Meredith Anderson, pleaded guilty to several licensing breaches at the Kempsey Court.

The breaches occurred between March 2 and May 15, 2012 relating to staff selling liquor without approved RSA Certification and minors detected in a beer garden without a responsible adult; and numerous other breaches.

The Magistrate issued fines with a total of $6613, including Court Costs.

Mid-North Coast Licensing Police successfully requested a two-year disqualification of the Licensee from holding a Liquor Licence commencing February 11.
