THE Flamin’ Dragons Dragon Boat Club is holding its annual Dragon Boat Regatta on Sunday at McInherny Park.
Races start at 8am and will run until the mid-afternoon.
Teams from all over the north coast and Sydney will compete in a marathon on Saturday. They will go up the Hastings River and back to McInherny Park.
On Sunday there will be sprint races over 250 metres for the teams to compete in. There will be the sports women’s crew, mixed crew, men’s 10s crew and also a cancer challenge race.
Food and drinks will available at the park, and there will also be a raffle drawn on the day.
