THE Friends of Port Macquarie Library are holding a giant sale of pre-loved non-fictionbooks at the library on Friday, 11 October from 9.30am to 5pm.
“No matter what your interests there’s sure to be a book or two for you included in the wide range of subjects on sale,” president Karen Brown said.
Free tea and coffee will be served all day – so join us for a cuppa and a browse.
“Funds raised go towards supporting our reading encouragement programs BookStart for babies, and reading awards book gift vouchers presented to each primary school in the area.”
Book donations are invited and can be dropped off at the library.
“We hold one or two sales a year and the theme this time is non-fiction,” Ms Brown said.
