THE Port Macquarie-Hastings Libraries will be hosting a series of information sessions this month on iPads and Android tablets.
Library manager Jim Maguire said the sessions were aimed at people who already own an iPad or Android tablet as well as those people thinking about purchasing one.
He said many people would be surprised at the range of different library services they can access using a tablet device.
Those people attending one of this month’s seminars will learn all about e-books as well as downloadable music, online magazines and newspapers and much more.
The free sessions will be run by library staff and will commence at 10am tomorrow in the meeting room a Port Macquarie Library.
Additional sessions will be held at Laurieton Library on Thursday 12 December and Wauchope Library on Friday 13 December, also commencing at 10am.
