Mayor to take concerns straight to the top

THE City of Maribyrnong’s concerns will continue to reach the peak local government lobbying body with the election of a new council representative.
Mayor Michael Clarke has been elected as the new representative to the Municipal Association of Victoria (MAV) after the resignation of councillor Joseph Cutri.
Cr Clarke, who formally held the deputy position, was elected during last month’s ordinary council meeting.
