HASTINGS Choristers would like to thank the wonderful audiences who attended concerts in 2013.
The Choristers’ first concert for the year, Under One Sky, will be on 30 March and will feature world premier music composed specifically for this concert by Australian composer Harley Mead.
Harley was commissioned by Sydney Grammar School to write the music to be performed by Edgecliff and St Ives campus choirs, Tacking Point School’s Bel Canto and the Choristers’ own Cantorus.
Harley will be with the Choristers for that weekend, workshopping and conducting in the concert.
If you have ever thought about joining Hastings Choristers, now is the time. Come along to the barbecue and first rehearsal at MacKillop Senior College on Monday 27 January from 5pm to 8pm.
