Children who visited Port Macquarie-Hastings libraries last week experienced something magical.
JD’s World of Magic star Joel Howlett put on a fabulous show for one and all.
But in between his fantastic tricks, someone has pulled a fast one on the poor magician.
While he was in the area, Joel had his new PA equipment stolen from the back of his car.
“My family and I made the road trip and stayed overnight in a motel and next morning we discovered a few items had been taken from our car, which was parked right outside the door of the motel room,” he said.
“The PA equipment was something I had saved hard for and only just purchased prior to Christmas at a cost of $1300.
“Unfortunately it wasn’t insured.
“This has left me pretty devastated.”
