Local kids had the chance to meet firefighters from Fire and Rescue NSW on Sunday.
They were all fired up for the Brigade Kids Day at local McDonald’s restaurants where firies encouraged the community to get fired up about fire safety and also support the Burns Unit at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead.
Kids and families are also encouraged to visit the new-look Brigade Kids website www.brigadekids.com and find a whole new world of online fun, including movies, music videos and interactive games such as the new Junior Fire Fighter Challenge.
