The horror of the Bangka Island massacre brings a tear to one’s eye.
To remember those nurses who died, and survived the terrifying World War II experience, a service will be conducted at the War Memorial on the Town Green on Monday, February 14 at 10.30am.
The service will be conducted by resident Peg Webster.
All members of the public are encouraged to attend.
