Neil Buttsworth would have been proud.
The launch of his CD ‘Life’s Journey’ saw some of Australia’s finest country music artists, along with Kross Kut Records, family and friends, attend the event at Wauchope RSL last weekend.
The only shame was that Neil could not be there himself.
The well known local country music star lost his battle to lung cancer on June 26, only days before the launch.
Neil, however, had the chance to listen to his new and finalised CD days before his sad passing.
Musicians and friends packed the auditorium, many of whom had travelled from all over Australia, including Bundaberg, Tasmania, Stanthorpe, Nanango, Newcastle, Sydney and the Gold Coast.
