The ladies of the Inner Wheel Club of Port Macquarie West were invited to cater for the Bi-Annual Bridge Convention which was held in Port Macquarie recently.
The bridge players enjoyed two days of competitive bridge, whilst the Inner Wheel ladies provided lunch, on both the Saturday and the Sunday, for 80 people.
The Inner Wheel Club are a Friendship Group (and also wives/partners of Rotarians), who enjoy raising funds for local charities and the money which was made from the weekend will be distributed at a later date to benefit many deserving groups in Port Macquarie.
As well as the ‘hive of activity’ in preparing the food, the ladies enjoyed a fun, sociable time together, as they arranged food and made ready the cuisine for the bridge players.
