A report is being prepared for the Coroner after the death of a male in a head-on collision in Kempsey.
About 4.30pm on Wednesday, November 16, emergency services were called to the Pacific Highway approximately 15 kilometres south of Kempsey.
As a result of the head-on collision between the Toyota Seca and a Ford Laser, a male passenger in the Seca died at the scene.
The drivers of both cars were taken to Port Macquarie and Kempsey Hospitals. Both are believed to be in a serious condition.
The Pacific Highway remained closed to allow inquiries to be carried out at the scene.
