A NEW art exhibition will open tomorrow.
Sylvia Murray from Emmaus is showcasing her art at the Emmaus Cafe with the official opening from 2-4pm tomorrow.
The address is 16 Colonel Barney Drive, Port Macquarie. Her artwork will also be exhibited on the weekend following the opening. During the week beginning 7July, Sylvia’s work will be on display throughout Emmaus, which is an aged-care facility.
Sylvia’s paintings are watercolour comprising land and seascapes with scenes from overseas.
She is a very talented and creative artist, whose work was exhibited in Creatability-Access for ALL, an exhibition of artworks by community members developed through the Glasshouse. Sylvia has done training in watercolour in Queensland.
All are welcome to attend the exhibition. Refreshments will be available at the opening.
