Back to school blockbuster

The show will be a song and dance spectacular.

DISNEY’S High School Musical opens this Friday at 8pm at the Players Theatre in Port Macquarie.
The central message of High School Musical is that young people can achieve their dreams. All students should feel free to explore new avenues, and become who they aspire to be. Also, High School Musical imbues a sense of camaraderie.
Director Hamish Keddie said all our dreams have no limitations.
“That’s what it’s all about!” he said. “Everyone is special in their own way. We make each other strong, We are not the same. We are different in a good way. Together is where we belong.”
He said music lovers and Disney lovers everywhere needed to “Getcha Head in the Game” because the Players were “Counting on You” to come to this highly energetic show.
Appropriately, the cast includes many local high school students.
High School Musical opens Friday 9 May and runs to 1 June with performances Friday and Saturday nights at 8pm and Sunday afternoons at 2pm. Book now at the Glasshouse or online at playerstheatre.org.au
