PORT Macquarie local Suzie Gamack was named NRMA Agency All Star Leader of the Year at the annual NRMA Country Conference.
The NRMA All Star Leader of the Year award recognises the managers within the retail network who excel at coaching their teams.
This award is given to leaders who work incredibly hard to coach and develop their teams to offer superior customer service to NRMA customers and members of their local community.
NRMA Insurance area sales manager Darran Turnbull praised Ms Gamack for her commitment to ensuring NRMA Insurance customers always receive the best possible service.
“Suzie has been with NRMA Insurance for more than 20 years – we’re lucky to have her as the office manager for Port Macquarie, Wauchope and Laurieton,” he said.
“Suzie is a core part of the Port Macquarie community, dedicating her time to support local charities and community organisations.
“Her energy and devotion to local issues knows no bounds. This award is recognition of her willingness to go above and beyond to assist customers and lead her team. We are certainly very proud to have her as part of our network.”
NRMA Proprietors Terry and Steve Green also praised Suzie for setting very high standards for her team.
“The level of nominations for this year’s NRMA All Star Leader of the Year award was extremely high, so to be recognised among such a strong field is a credit to Suzie and the local team,” he said.
“I’m proud of the service the Port Macquarie, Wauchope and Laurieton offices provide to their customers and the community.”
Suzie accepted the award in front of almost 250 of her colleagues, all representing NRMA offices across NSW and the ACT.
The Port Macquarie NRMA office is located at 113 Horton Street, Port Macquarie, and is open from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and from 9am-noon on Saturday.
