THE North Haven Bowling and Recreation Club came alive to the sounds of Neil Diamond’s most famous songs on Saturday.
The occasion was the Neil Diamond Super Hits Show starring multi award-winning Australian entertainer Steve Cummins.
The dinner show section was a sell-out and the rest of the auditorium was almost full for what turned out to be a great night of entertainment, with Steve’s razor-sharp wit and comedic talents adding another element to the music.
The real show-stopper status must go to Sweet Caroline, which Steve performed twice, the second time as part of the encore, with patrons joining in the chorus.
The night was so successful that the club is planning to offer a dinner and show package for the upcoming Johnny Cash tribute show.
