A PORT Macquarie man will have to appear in local court after police executed a search warrant at a Kennedy Drive house last week.
Police allege they found a firearm and 11 cannabis plants growing in a hydroponic setup in the roof cavity above an upstairs bedroom.
The 40-year-old occupant was notified he would be issued with a court attendance notice for firearms and cultivation offences.
