THE Hastings Valley Fine Art Association has a lovely new gallery and home – with a stunning million-dollar view over the ocean.
The association has moved from its previous CBD location to a new gallery at 2 William Street, Port Macquarie, next door to the Maritime Museum, overlooking Town Beach.
The building was packed for the official opening by mayor Peter Besseling on Saturday as association members and friends celebrated.
The move should ensure members’ work is seen by many more people due to the building’s proximity to the Maritime Museum.
