LOVERS of fine wine, food and music will be in their element tomorrow night.
As part of the Tastings on Hastings Festival, there will be a Jazz ’n Shiraz night at Eighteen Thirty Restaurant and Bar in Port Macquarie.
Guests will be treated to a delectable six-course degustation dinner made from the freshest local ingredients and matched with the finest wines from local vineyard Cassegrain. The night will be topped off by the sounds of local jazz sensations, the Jordan Jive Trio.
And, yes, there will be other wines available apart from shiraz, including sauvignon blanc, a sparkling blanc de blanc and merlot.
