TELEGRAPH Point Public School was the place to be last Saturday, with the annual country school fair in full swing.
The children were entertained with jumping castles, bungee runs, an animal nursery, and dancing dogs.
Even Batman made an appearance, as did Mayor Peter Besseling, who won a prize on the chocolate wheel. The home-made scones were also a hit and the coffee stand did a roaring trade.
The Cow Poo Lotto was won by Karen Lovett of Ballengarra, who took home an Akubra hat (donated by Port Macquarie Hastings Rural Sales), six bottles of red wine (donated by Settlers Inn Port Macquarie) and $60 voucher from Oxley Rural Supplies Port Macquarie.
