FIRE twirlers, a high striker, fortune tellers and even the Bearded Lady made an appearance at the Le Cirque Masque charity fund-raiser for Port Macquarie Animal Welfare Service (PMAWS) which was held at the Port Macquarie TAFE.
Students from the certificate III in events encouraged more than 50 guests to donate more then $2400 for the local charity as part of their final assessment task.
Most popular auction items included a night in North Haven accommodation and entertainment package valued at $210, skydiving vouchers and a ukulele.
Guests also indulged in treats from the Port Macquarie TAFE Commercial Cookery section and refreshing drinks served by the certificate III in hospitality students, with all the fun of a vintage side show alley.
