PORT Macquarie detectives are appealing for assistance from the community concerning the armed robbery of the Wauchope Country Club on Thursday evening 18 October by three armed men.
The offence occurred about 10pm during the club’s poker night when three men entered the club and ordered all the patrons to the floor. No persons were hurt during the incident.
The three men are described as follows: 185cm tall, skinny/thin build, dark skin, wearing a dark clothing and face covered by a shirt or balaclava, armed with a firearm; 176cm tall, solid to stocky build, wearing dark clothing, hoodie and face covered with balaclava or shirt, armed with a firearm; and, 183cm tall skinny/thin build, dark skin, wearing dark clothing, face covered with shirt or balaclava, and armed with a knife.
A small white sedan is believed to be involved in the crime and was last seen west in Bruxner Avenue, Wauchope, shortly after 10pm.
