SMALL businesses in the Hastings area have been invited to discover the buying strategies of customers at the upcoming bi-monthly Micro Business Forum (MBF) meeting at Town Green Inn next month.
MBF speaker liaison Pix Jonasson said the guest speaker would be the managing director of Fuel 4 Business, Malcolm Neale.
“Mal will also outline what it takes for a customer to say yes and how businesses can increase their strike rate/conversion rate,” Ms Jonasson said
“In these tough economic times, it’s important that businesses have happy and loyal customers who keep coming back again and again.”
Ms Jonasson said MBF members and guests were invited to rub shoulders with like-minded business owners, and there would be an interactive session before Mal’s presentation.
All micro-businesses – which means between one and five staff – are invited to attend the forum, which will be held on Friday 6 June from 9.30am to 12.30pm, at Town Green Inn in Port Macquarie.
