Major Innes Road, once know as the goat track, took a major transformation last year into a wonderful drive.
Once again it will revert to a goat track. Every heavy rain since completion, I have witnessed water seeping through the bitumen at the lower roadside kerb edge; but with this last deluge, water is seeping up through every part of the road.
The older road at the roundabout is as dry as a lime-burner’s boot.
