I attended the RAN Meeting on 10/5 to meet the proposed candidates for the forthcoming council election.
A young man, Luke Hadfield, presented himself and outlined his objectives — to engage young people and consider the environment, including coal seam gas mining. After hearing both sides of the fluoridation debate, he has decided in favour of fluoridation. This young man is obviously unaware of Justice Peter Biscoe’s April, 2011, ruling in the NSW Land and Environment Court. Environmental law overrides the Water Fluoridation Act. The environment includes plants and people.
The artificial fluoride added to public water is a waste product of superphosphate plants. It is a dangerous S7 poison which makes the product an environmental pollutant.
Mr Hadfield should do his own research and not borrow opinions from others.
