I’m not much of a letter writer but I feel moved to say this about the bunch of would be council candidates and those wanting to be mayor.
I have heard little of what any of them have done for this area except for Lisa Intemann. When there were issues that needed defending she was there. She tried to stop the shocking expense of the Glasshouse that locals now have to pay for. She listened to people with openness and transparency. She doesn’t tell you what you want to hear. She tells you what she thinks is moral and sensible. She doesn’t stuff around with factions and favourites. She’s more mature and intelligent than any of the current candidates. She’s proven what she’ll do when she has a chance. The others haven’t. To me and everyone I speak to who’s lived here a few years, she’s the one sure thing.
