Pot of gold for surfers at Rainbow Beach

Competitors enjoyed the marvellous conditions and friendship as well.

The weekend was pumping at Rainbow Beach, with the running of the Mid-North Coast Girls’ Surf Classic for 2012.
Saturday was the pick of the days, with 3-4 ft light off-shore prior to the southerly. Sunday was 2-3 ft light off-shore until the southerly hit. Competitors were relieved that conditions were not like Friday and the predicted massive seas didn’t eventuate.
