Port City Hockey is launching its 2011 season in style.
The club is calling for new and past members to rethink the possibility of playing hockey this year in a new C — Grade format.
This format is designed to be a much more relaxed and social competition that is run alongside the main A and B Grade competitions.
The club is also holding is season launch at Town Green Inn, major sponsors, on Friday night February 25 from about 5.30pm onwards with refreshments and food provided.
Registration papers will be available for all past and new players for the start of the season on April 9.
The junior competition is set to start on April 30 with a come try and registration day on March 5 at the Ocean Drive Hockey complex.
The day will start from 9am and run through to about 11am.
All new and existing players are welcome to attend.
Registration papers will be available online for those that can’t make the morning.
