POLICE are still searching for five men who were involved in a possible gang attack at a Hoppers Crossing McDonald’s earlier this year.
As reported exclusively by Star in January, a group of up to eight men attacked two other men in the car park of the restaurant.
They then chased the men into the McDonald’s and assaulted them with “sharp weapons”.
While police originally stated that they were searching for eight men, last week they said there was just five men that they wish to speak to in relation to the January 14 incident.
Anyone with information about the incident should call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
