ONE of Point Cook’s busiest intersections will receive a $2.6 million upgrade.
The work will include long overdue traffic lights at Dunnings Rd and Boardwalk Boulevard, as well as an upgrade to Dunnings Rd starting from Hacketts Lane, and the duplication of Boardwalk Boulevard.
About 9000 vehicles a day use the intersection.
Work will start this month and is expected to be completed by next July.
