WERRIBEE will be turning itself red during the silly season this month. A temporary public art project, RED, is set to see business owners in the Werribee CBD decorate their shops in the same colour, making the festive spirit come to life. Little Zenna from Werribee helped kick off the project last week as she covered herself in red tinsel.
